Its been a while since I have done a life update. I have had a full plate for quite some time (probably since I’ve been back to work) and I’m still trying to find balance in my life. Going from one to two kids has been a roller coaster of learning curves. Splitting myself between the two of them was hard enough without adding work into the mix. And then I decided to complicate it even more by adding LuLaRoe. I wanted to drop down a day at work but couldn’t find a way to do it without risking the income, so I decided that LuLaRoe was my way to do that. I’m still paying back the initial investment so I’m not profitable yet but I can see the potential as the light at the end of the tunnel draws nearer. Javier is working a lot. He has been probably since November. They are really shorthanded at his job so he is having to pick up some slack, which takes away from family time. We don’t see each other much save for that small window of time when I get home from work and he heads out the door. It gets better for a couple weeks when they hire new help only for them to quit. I am so grateful that he works so hard for us, but sometimes (well a lot of the time) I wish we could spend more time as a family and as a couple. On the off chance that he has time off with us, its hard to choose between leaving the kids at a sitter and going on a date, or having a family outing. The latter usually wins.

I have a lot of ideas for blog posts but its hard to find the time to write them. I promise I will get better at that.
