I’m not usually a coffee drinker. The only way I really like it is if it comes with ice cream or chocolate. I do love Sonic’s Caramel Java Chiller. I went by the other day to grab one and was informed that they no longer carry them. I was so sad. I don’t know if it’s just the local sonic or if all sonic restaurants that don’t make them anymore but either way, I will probably not be able to get one. So I went to their website where it still lists the product description. And with that, I brainstormed a recipe, and let me tell you, it is EXACTLY like the original. So I want to share it with you! All of the ingredients are in the photo above.

1 1/2 C French vanilla ice cream softened

2-3 tbsp caramel sundae syrup

3-4 tbsp Starbucks double shot espresso

Blend them all in your blender (I use our ninja single serve cups)
This isn’t an exact science and I pretty much guessed with the amount of each ingredient. Just blend it and see how it tastes and add whatever you think it needs. I got all of the ingredients at Walmart.
