I’m in the home stretch you guys! Baby brother is the size of a head of cabbage this week. He definitely has a sleep/wake schedule in place which is fun. He wakes up right as I get to work in the mornings and stays awake until I eat breakfast. He also wakes up when I get home from work and as I lay down for bed at night. He has some random wake up times through the day also. I am getting so anxious to hold him in my arms. I daydream about what it will be like when he gets here. How Sylas will react and how we will get along with a new baby in the house. I can’t wait! Everything is ready for his arrival. It makes it difficult sometimes because I want to nest like crazy now. We didn’t really have to buy anything new for him because of Sylas’ hand-me-downs. So now that everything is done and ready to go, I have nothing to do to prepare for him when I have this deep desire to. I thought about meal planning and making some frozen meals to have on hand so that I don’t have to cook when we get back home from the hospital. That is proving to be a challenge too because right now, nothing sounds appetizing. Its really been hard to figure out what to make for dinner lately, let alone for a couple weeks postpartum!
