Bump day week 6!

Yay! I’m six weeks pregnant!! Im so excited! Rainbow is now the size of a lentil! So far this week has been pretty fair to me aside from a few new symptoms. My morning sickness is in full swing now and it is pretty much an all day thing. I have not gotten sick yet (knock on wood) but I have a feeling it’s in my near future. My MS gets worse in the evening also. I feel like crap when six o’clock comes around and I have been falling asleep by 9. Today I took my first dose of zofran. I was miserable last night and because today is Christmas Eve and we have a family get together this evening, I wanted to be prepared. It seems like it just keeps escalating day by day. I am still having pretty restless nights, spending most of them tossing and turning. Heartburn is also an issue. I need to take tums before meals to help prevent it. I’m sure it’s just my sphincter at the top of my stomach just loosening up from all these hormones. I’m still pretty breathless and fatigued most of the time. Food cravings are not on the list yet. Quite the opposite really. Nothing sounds good to eat. Everything just seems repulsive to me. I have to force myself to pick something from the fridge otherwise I could do without food if it was up to my yucky tummy. I am having some slight pregnancy brain too, although it’s the least of my worries right now. I’m really looking forward to my appointments next week and I can’t wait to share with you all our little rainbow!!
I hope you all have a very merry Christmas and that Santa finds your house tonight! Remember that Jesus is the reason for the season and even if you are still struggling with TTC, don’t be discouraged. He will answer your prayers! He has the perfect timing and he will reward you for waiting.
Peace and love!
