Jello Pudding Cookies

Today I want to share with you my all-time favorite cookie recipe. I found this a long time ago inside a pudding box! They are super delish! Also a little trick for keeping cookies fresh: put a slice of bread in the bag or jar with the cookies to keep them moist. You can also freeze them and take out a few at a time to keep them fresh!


  • 3 sticks softened butter
  • 3&1/3 C flour
  • 1/2 C sugar
  • 1&1/2 C Packed brown sugar
  • 1&1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1&1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 6 serving box vanilla instant jello pudding mix
  • Chocolate chips (or whatever flavor you like)


  • Mix butter, sugars and vanilla
  • add eggs
  • in separate bowl combine dry ingredients
  • slowly add dry mixture to sugar mixture
  • add chips and nuts that you want
  • form dough balls about the size of a half dollar (I like using a melon baller or cookie baller)
  • Bake at 350 until golden
