Today I want to share with you my all-time favorite cookie recipe. I found this a long time ago inside a pudding box! They are super delish! Also a little trick for keeping cookies fresh: put a slice of bread in the bag or jar with the cookies to keep them moist. You can also freeze them and take out a few at a time to keep them fresh!
Ingredients:
- 3 sticks softened butter
- 3&1/3 C flour
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1&1/2 C Packed brown sugar
- 1&1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1&1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 1 6 serving box vanilla instant jello pudding mix
- Chocolate chips (or whatever flavor you like)
Directions:
- Mix butter, sugars and vanilla
- add eggs
- in separate bowl combine dry ingredients
- slowly add dry mixture to sugar mixture
- add chips and nuts that you want
- form dough balls about the size of a half dollar (I like using a melon baller or cookie baller)
- Bake at 350 until golden
